Fiat Multichannel Customer Caring shortlisted for Mobile Entertainment Awards 2008
Chiara, Fiat’s digital assistant based on H-care’s Human Digital platform has been presented by Comdata and Reitek and selected as finalist at the Meffys Mobile Entertainment Awards 20008 in the category “Innovative Business Model”.
‘Fiat Multichannel Customer Caring’ stands for an innovative Customer Care project aimed at establishing a direct interaction between Fiat and its Customers by improving the communication with them thanks to an innovative, multichannel approach.
The project relies on a unique multiplatform solution which allows Customers to fulfil the Brand Experience anywhere, anytime, with any channel (web, mobile…).
On the Web, users are assisted in car configuration activity and test drive booking by ‘Chiara’, the Human Digital Assistant created by Comdata. On the Mobile they access to a Video Call Center, based on Reitek technology, which offers them the possibility to enter a wide range of services. Calling Fiat toll free number 00800342800, users are supported by Chiara in the Video IVR service to do their own choice. Afterwards the video call is switched to a live agent who interacts in real-time with Customers via Mobile.
