Brain Interactive Server Technical Overview

Brain Interactive Server is a Java application which runs on any standard J2EE Application Server.

The interaction with back-end systems is possibile through a series of data connectors (adapters) and the plug-in architecture that allows complete flexibility to exchange data with DataBase, CRM, Ticketing, Billing and other legacy systems.

Content is delivered and presented to end users in various forms on different channels:

• Web Widget. Structured html/ajax output with interactive buttons. The widget can be integrated into any web portal, using different methods and as a mash-up component using iframes.
• Mobile Site. The presentation layer can be design a mobile site, thanks to XML output from Brain Interactive Server.
• Messaging gateways can be served through XML output.
• IVR. Interactive Voice Response output through standard VoiceXML 2.1, allows the creation of Intelligent IVR systems and dynamic voice applications.  See the Intelligent IVR product section for more info.
• Social Networking. Expand your voice through the integration of most commong social APIs. Brain Interactive Server’s plug-in architecture allows the integration with any external social service.

Authoring Tool

Dynamic content creation and process management is actuated through the browser-based Ajax tool, without the need of specific technical skills. Customer Operations, Knowledge Managers, Editors can create content, rules, processes and actions. Pubblication is done within seconds, not days.
