Authoring Tool

The Human Digital Assistant platform allows the creation of dynamic interactions in a very personalized way, building dynamic contents, rules and actions to stay in sync with any existing business application and to assist users in real-time on any channel (Web, IVR, Kiosk, Mobile, IPTV).

Tipical activities such as process design, content and rule editing, business simulation,  are managed without any engineering skill since they are totally based on our business-oriented interface: the Authoring Tool.

Auhoring Tool is a web application (Ajax) to manage every aspect of the digital assistant’s behavior and experience base. Contents, business processes, interactions with speech and video are managed through the  Authoring Tool, allowing the total control over content’s life-cycle.

Typical enterprise content management features are included, like:

  • WYSIWYG editing for speech and video creation, with dynamic content from external datasources (Data Bases, Web Services, any data source integrated through the standard Brain Server’s API/SOA architecture)
  • speech and video preview
  • content life cycle: workflow with different levels for approval and publication
  • instant editing and pubblication of new content, processes and actions
  • import/export for off line editing
  • assisted creation of rules and content nodes
  • search and meta-information tagging
  • categorization in processes and categories
  • users, groups and right management for Editors, Designers, Publishers, Administrators

The Authoring Tool is used to manage content and processes across every channel, from web applications, to IVR or IVVR, kiosks and IPTV. Changing the behavior of the digital assistant (i.e. a personalized welcome message or a new branch in a IVR application) is a matter of minutes, without any technical skill.
