Julie the personalized avatar for Mornay Services

Mornay Services, a subsidiary of the Groupe Mornay retirement fund, offers individual accident and health insurance as well as savings and credit products.

In 2009, Mornay Services was looking to offer its customers an additional channel for interaction. It added a virtual customer relationship advisor named Julie to its website. It wanted the channel to be as human and personalized as the call center, while in fact, being automated.

Adding Julie to its cross channel marketing straregy, Mornay services increased sales conversion rates by 300 percent.

Julie is a digital assistant, born in the H-care’s laboratory, that uses the Human Digital Assistant technology.
