H-care, company of PAT Group and leader in develop of innovative and multichannel solutions for customer care and self-service, has been awarded as “People’s Choice” Winner at the 2010 Avatar Challenge – SpeechTEK Europe Event, the most important conference and exposition, that focus on products, services, applications, solutions, and innovations using speech technologies.
SpeechTEK Europe’s Avatar Challenge presents a collection of newly-developed avatars designed for a range of business applications. In this competition, H-care wins the “People’s Choice” Award and have been the many managers, who partecipated to the conference, to vote for the H-care’s solution.
H-care’s avatar conquered the “people’s jury of the conference” through the quality of voice and video image, its expressiveness and its usability: all features that allow H-care’s avatar to meet any user on the Web as on other media channels, such as smartphones and kiosks.
This award confirms that H-care is leader in technology innovation of its platforms and thanks to that it permits the grow of industrial sector. For the same reasons H-care also in the past won important prizes.
