H-care will announce in the next weeks the latest products coming out in Q1 2008. New products include new Web Enterprise platform, IVR and Video-IVR channels, as well as MMS delivery for mobile campaign management.

Expected products are:

Web Enterprise 3.0, Video IVR, Intelligent IVR, MMS Campaign Manager

Integrating with all VoiceXML compliant IVR systems, Intelligent IVR allows to manage and update dialogs in seconds.

In addition, the new Face Producer On Demand is released, as the first Software-as-a-Service by H-care.
