New Customer Service with Chiara, Fiat’s Automobiles new digital assistant.

Chiara helps leads to configure the new car on Fiat.it website, guiding and helping users in the selection of best models and accessories and suggesting to book a test drive.

For the first time ever, Chiara can interact even through a mobile videocall (inbound and outbout) to the video call center of CIAO FIAT customer service.

The project is realised by Comdata, using H-care’s Human Digital Assistant platform and technologies from Loquendo, Adobe e Reitek.

Chiara guida i clienti alla configurazione dell’auto sul portale web di Fiat.it, consigliando e suggerendo le scelte migliori, e accompagnando il cliente fino alla prenotazione del test drive. Fiat per prima consente di interagire con Chiara tramite videochiamata (inbond e outbound) al video call center di CIAO FIAT.
