The company

H-care is a leading developer of user-friendly platforms for multimodal, multi-channel, self-service and customer care. Our Human Digital Assistant^TM platform solves the challenge of making online customer interaction and self-service a human-like customer experience. We combines high quality real-time animation, 3D rendering, state-of-the-art voice synthesis, and integrates seamlessly with existing corporate information sources, to deploy human-like assistance on web portals, mobile phones, ip-set top boxes, and kiosks.
H-care is one of initiatives started in H-Farm, Italy’s leading research and innovation center in technology and design, founded by a team that pioneered developing and marketing Internet-based technology solutions.

The management group has a strong and long experience in Digital Media and Enterprise Applications. Their resumes include senior management and development positions at leading global companies and entrepreneurial start-ups on internet technologies.

Patrizio Bof - President and CEO
Patrizio Bof is born in Treviso in 1967, married with two children, operates on the IT industry since 1991, he dedicated special attention to support organisations to manage their relations with customers. This special attention to “manage the customer” affirmed Patrizio Bof to be the Italian precursor on the CRM. In 1991 Patrizio Bof founded his company (PAT Srl), after few years PAT become the Italian reference on the CRM solutions, in few years he expanded the company’s subsidiaries and customers in many European countries. His just established company developed not only a CRM but also a Help Desk Software able to support organisations on the growing need to manage their customers. It was the period when organisation become more customer-centric, and Patrizio Bof’s vision to offer CRM solution has been winning, and place PAT as the CRM software solution reference in Italy and abroad.

Umberto Basso - Founder
Born in 1969 in Treviso (Italy), fascinated by communication and network collaboration since the eighties and the first Bulletin Board Systems, Umberto always dreamt of what he is doing now. Between 1995 and 1998 he worked on the Mall Italy Lab (www.mall.it). From 1998 to 2004 he contributed to the start-up of E-tree (www.e-tree.com) - the fastest growing italia web agency and system integrator - and became partner, head of technology and innovation and managing director. In 2005, he was a co-founder of H-FARM.  Member of the Scientific Committee for the Digital Technologies of Equiliber.org.

Carlo Benvenuti - Sales Director
After 20 years of experience in Gruppo Pellegrini, Carlo entered Gruppo Boscolo where he was he was founder and CEO of Travelante, the Italian competitor of Expedia.
Benvenuti joined H-care with the precise goal to develop the Italian market for H-care, with specific focus on the travel market for the Human Digital Assistant.
