From March 2010 Pat, an Italian company specialized in CRM and helpdesk’s solutions, has completed the acquisition of H-care Srl, which had already acquired the majority holding in June 2009. Following the completion of this process, Patrizio Bof now also holds the posts of President and CEO of H-care in order to strengthen the integration of the two companies.

Through the acquisition process, Pat and H-care may further increase the synergy existing between the solutions of the two companies: the Pat’s application suites, HelpdeskAdvanced® and InfiniteCRM®, recognized by the Italian and international companies as leader solutions for advanced projects of CRM and Customer Service, and the multi-channel customer care solutions of H-care, always at the forefront of finding new managing customer relationships ways.

The acquisition of H-care will allow an international growth of both companies. To facilitate the exploration of new opportunities abroad, Pat and H-care therefore consolidate its commercial presence in France: the Paris office will be a bridgehead from which to expand later to the UK and German market.
Pat and H-care are also thinking to the Turkey and Russia’s markets, through local-trade partners, selected for their proven expertise and ability to interpret the needs of local businesses.
