(1) Software Engineer – JAVA J2EE Programmer

Join the team that builds the innovative Human Digital Assistant™. Take advantage of H-care’s patented technology to evolve the multimodal, multi-channel platform used by businesses to improve their self-service and customer care, transforming online self-service into a human-like customer experience. Join us if you want to make a measurable contribution to H-care’s business or think you can solve the traditional business problems in nontraditional ways.

Requirements:
An advanced knowledge of the Java programming language is required, with a 3 to 5 years experience in developing web applications JAVA based (JSP, Servlet,…) with SOA architecures.
Main knowledges required are:
- Hibernate and Spring frameworks
- J2EE Application Servers in cluster configuration (Weblogic, Websphere, Tomcat…)
- XML and XSLT. VoiceXML knowledge is appreciated
- Relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer…) and SQL language
- AJAX, HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Python and Actionscript languages are appreciated
- Maven, Subversion, Eclipse

Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required as well a good team work aptitude.

(2) Software Engineer – Graphics Programming

Requirements:
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science with strong academic performance preferred.
At least 3 years experience in 3D programming & OpenGL
Expert in rendering and graphics tools
Strong interest in writing scalable, high performance applications.
Track record of “Getting Things Done”.
Knowledge of English and Italian language required.

(3) Software Engineer – Tools Development & Performance

H-care is looking for engineers with an interest in performance analysis, benchmarking, and tools development as well as a passion for speed. You will join our efforts to evolve the multimodal, multi-channel Human Digital Assistant platform used by businesses to improve their self-service and customer care, transforming online self-service into a human-like customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop tools that will be used to improve the quality of our product as well as performance tools to profile hardware utilization at all levels.
  • Improve the performance of our code base by tackling performance debugging (at the single machine or data-center levels).
  • Work with software developers to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • B.S./M.S. Computer Science/Engineering. PhD is welcome.
  • Very good programming, testing, and debugging abilities.
  • Track record of “Getting Things Done”.
  • Knowledge of English and Italian language required.
